Hello, Race Craft ....

What a totally awesome job you all did on our new suspension seats. And the little surprises that popped up (pen, T-shirt, stickers!) was like Christmas in July!!!

We love them and think we have the best looking ones out there yet! We put them up on our coffee table with our feet propped up on chairs to represent our rail ... so that we could get a 'feel' for them.

Todd will try and install them this weekend so that we can 'tear it up' on the Oregon coast this next weekend. We will send you a picture when we get the rail all dressed up with it's new seats and its 'buggy' pants on.

My father and I have ordered several Cruiser seats with headrests from you in the past and have been very happy with them. Recently, my father was in a car accident and his car was totaled. He spent a night in the hospital, but luckily we are told that he will eventually recover from his injuries. We were also told that it is amazing he wasn't injured a lot worse than he was. All I can say is WOW! Placed my order on the 3rd of the month, Gwyn said product would be shipped on the 17th. She lied, seats were ready on the 15th and shipped out the 16th!!!! Upon opening the box I was very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the seats. OUTSTANDING communication and service! I just wanted to send a note to let you know the seats are awesome. The days of back pains and sore butts are over. The friends that have Beards are kind of jealous. Is there anything I should put one the fabric to keep it looking new? I hope the fires are not threating you or your factory. We shall be riding over the 4th. We can't say enough wonderful things about Gwen and Racecraft Seats!! Our buggy is an older frame style and most seats are too large (without modifying the frame) to fit. Slim Line seats are beautiful, comfortable, and a perfect fit into our buggy. We have never dealt with a more accomodating and helpful company. Our seats were ordered, made, and delivered in TWO weeks as promised. We recommend Racecraft Seats to everyone!!

it says why wait 8 to 10 weeks from your competitor, try 6 months from your biggest competitor and when they arrived they were wrong. They would not give me my money back and said you can keep them or we will build you another set and you should have them in about 12 weeks and then he said I would have to pay for shipping the wrong seats back. I want to thank you folks for making the right seat covers that fit these seats great and most of all the 1 week to get them. you all are cool, and believe me your competitor is your best advertising! I didn't believe it I've ordered seats before and it took forever as a matter of fact my wife said 47 days. I want to thank you guy's you had them delivered to me in 10 days and I never expected that since they were a custom order I figured at least a month and that would have been ok. I have been seeing your seats pop up everywhere and everybody had nothing but good things to say about them and your service, my seats were getting hammered so after the comments made by my fellow duners i ordered 2 stars and a bench your quality was better and just bolted right in were my other seats were. Hello everybody at Racecraft seats, just want to say thanks again for the awesome no hassle service , also for getting the slimline seats I ordered out to me on such short notice in time for Pres. Day weekend, it was an easy change over from the fiberglass buckets, I am very pleased with the quality of the fabrics and construction of these seats but I really must tell you the most pleasure came while hauling A!! thru the Dunes, comfortable does`nt even begin to describe it, I wished these were available years ago! thanks again , David "dunedog" Garner

To Gwyn, I purchased a set of your Slim Line seats and I just wanted to say thank you for your quick service. You told me two weeks and they were here in two weeks as a customer I can tell you that this is the way to do business and how to keep business. As far as the seats they were easy to install and worked great I never realized what a suspension seat could do to make the ride so much more enjoyable. You didnt have a dealer in my area of the woods so I kept calling the parts stores here and finally they are stocking your seats.
