RaceCraft Suspension Seats Policy
RaceCraft Suspension Seats Limited Warranty: RaceCraft warrants the original owner for all products purchased to be free from defects in material and labor for 12 months from the date of delivery.  Anytime within that warranty period RaceCraft will repair or replace as we deem necessary on any of our products found to be defective, this warranty does not include shipping charges or labor that may be incurred.

This warranty does not cover products that were abused, alterations, unsuitable use, improper installation or involved in an accident.  RaceCraft Suspension Seats will not be held liable for any type of loss, expense, damage or injury direct or consequential that may arise for the inability to use the products.  No other warranties are expressed or implied are being made.

We have made every effort to give you all information regarding the dimensions of our seats, if for any reason you have questions as to whether or not your seats will fit your vehicle. Please call us for further information regarding this matter.  We will not accept returns on seats due to measurement errors on your part.

Terms include:  Freight, All products are shipped FOB Yuma, AZ    Returns must have a Return Authorization Number, Policy and price subject to change without notice, All orders must be pre-paid or C.O.D. unless other arrangements have been made and non warranty returns could be subject to a 20% restocking charge.  All claims for non warranty returns must be made within 5 days after delivery and must be returned within 10 days after claim is made, there will be no returns available for non-companion material seats. When RaceCraft hands products in good condition to shipper we consider the product to be delivered, any damage to products by shipper is between you and the shipper.
